Fu is responsible for this mess. The assistant hires (and lack of fires), the attitude towards the media and fans (the cheapest and easiest to fix), the crushing turnover of players (listen to their words, not mine), and just some bizarre Xs & Os made this hole much deeper than it needed to be. People love to say Fu's "even keel" is what made him so appealing. But it was the most volatile program we've had in recent memory. We need some friggin normal. I really believe he would have been given more slack if he wasn't such an introvert and opened up. He's probably a likeable dude to his close friends. Truly sad that a guy with his pay can't hire an executive coach and correct this.
